After a lot of iteration on the mechanics and anatomy, I'm happy with this reference sheet that I'll be sculpting my model from (as well as a library of reference images). This update provides enhancements that will help you explore new workflows, including the ability to create high quality renders with the integration of Redshift. You'll remember this design being lovingly nicknamed "Stinger" in my 3 concept art pages. ZBrush is the leading industry standard digital sculpting software. So here it is, my final design for the "Human" character I'm creating.

Its body is gaunt and the extra fat and skin pulled away from its features are now thin layers of skin flow around its neck in frills, like a Victorian neck ruff that is constantly in motion. This “tail” acts as a counter-balance to its own overly jointed, hole-covered legs, standing on a pin-point at all times with various layers of bone pressed against its stretched skin. Additional limbs chain together into a stinger-like tail which looms over it, as if it is in control. "An abundance of bones and joints, two spines and many limbs attempting to fuse back together into something recognisable.
